Are you struggling with plantar fasciitis pain? Nueropathy? Any other foot pain?

You have tried the sock and a few other less aggressive things, Have you attempted to relieve the pain by massaging the bottoms of your feet? A lot of the folks I know use a can of food or they will double up with massage and ice and use an ice roller of sorts. However, if you have just a few bucks to spend, you could upgrade from the food can, hit both feet at the same time, and give yourself more than one option of targeting the painful areas of your feet.

I'm talking about the TheraFlow Foot Massager.

TheraFlow Foot Massager Overview

With many reviews, the TheraFlow Foot Massager gets great reviews from users. According to the product description, TheraFlow uses the power of reflexology to ease your muscles, tissues, and tendons. Some other benefits of TheraFlow are:

When using the TheraFlow Foot Massager, there are two ways you can approach its use:

  1. Acupressure Mode – with acupressure you're not actually rolling your feet, you are focusing on applying pressure to the area where your foot pain is the greatest. According to some of the product reviews, this can be great when "you don't feel like moving your legs too much."
  2. Kneading Mode – here is where you actually roll the feet along the rollers, working out the kinks and loosening up that fascia on the bottom of your feet where plantar fasciitis hits hard.

Things We Like

The TheraFlow Dual Wooden Foot Massager has a lot of things going for it. It is not the end all be all of foot massagers but it is easy to use, relatively inexpensive and the company backs it up with a warranty. The first one that we ordered has something that looked like it wasnt normal so we contacted Theraflow and they sent me out a new one right away. +1 for TheraFlow, great customer service.

Probably the best thing thing about the TheraFlow is its simplicity, all it is is rolling wooden dowels with spikes on it to hit your acupressure points. Because of this you can take it anywhere, use it anywhere and not worry about having to plug anything in. The last thing we want to do when our feet are hurting is deal with plugging something. Granted some of the vibrating foot massagers are fantastic and we really like them. More reviews on those to come.

Lastly, this thing is relatively inexpensive but it is well made and seems very durable. If this really works for you there is not much reason why you shouldn't have one at home and at the office. Really as all of us know that suffer from foot pain something will work for us but not for somebody else. It is nice to know that if you find that this works for you it will be easy to replace if broken and you can have multiple.

Common Reported Issues

The TheraFlow Wooden Foot Massager is really a simple tool so there are not too many issues with it. We did notice that there were a few knock-off products available. To tell the truth we did not try them since this one had such great reviews and really isn't that expensive. On the flip side many people have said that the knock-offs are not as good so if you had one of those and it didn't help you then maybe you should still give the TheraFlow a try, you can always return it.

Honestly, it really depends on what you need, how bad your pain is, and whether or not you've a little extra cash lying around. For me, even though I've managed my plantar fasciitis pain fairly well for quite some time now, I enjoy having the TheraFlow Massager over using a can of food.
